Research before production
Every substantive resource begins with an explicit reader decision, evidence requirements, and a distinct contribution. We check related Jaken Finance Group and Chicago Commercial Funding resources before adding another page. A new title or a different example amount does not make an existing answer original.
Evidence that supports the claim
Material claims link to their sources. Research records identify the relevant section, applicable program or jurisdiction, effective date where available, and retrieval date. We distinguish formal requirements, program rules, documented lender practices, editorial analysis, and illustrative assumptions.
Official publications may contain older material or link to superseded documents. We check applicability and amendments rather than relying on the reputation of a source domain alone.
Review and accountability
Resources progress from brief to research, draft, independent evidence and calculation checking, human review, and publication. AI can assist research and drafting. It cannot stand in for a human approval or confer credentials on an article.
Financing guidance and tools require Jason’s actual approval of the final material before publication. A substantive change to the content or calculation invalidates the relevant approval until reviewed again.
Original contribution
A resource must do useful work: reconcile numbers, explain a decision, annotate a document, test alternatives, or provide a practical instrument. We do not create pages by multiplying property names, loan types, and locations.
Examples and revisions
Constructed scenarios are explicitly hypothetical. Dates describe preparation or substantive updates; rebuilding the website does not make an article newly researched. Errors and material changes are handled through the corrections process.
